Background: Father went to Hogwarts and Mother went to Beauxbatons. Father works for the Daily Prophet and mother works part time as a freelance photographer. Like most of the De Winter family, he has a keen brain and interest in study. Whilst at Hogwarts, he was an eager student of enchantments and charms and his interest in item creation got him noticed by Ollivander, owner of the wand shop in Diagon Alley. An apprenticeship soon followed, his first solo effort at wand crafting started a friendship between himself and Pollux Arcaya.
Personality: While he looks like a typical bookworm, Peter has a wicked sense of humor and a mile wide mischievous streak. Unlucky in love, he has however inherited his father’s flirtatious manner and friendly ways.
