Background: His parents met in their jobs as Aurors and soon became an incredible team. Through their efforts many aspiring Dark Wizards were caught. They soon fell in love and were married. The Wincus family had a reputation for success, which Victor kept up and which they then passed on to their children, encouraging them to be the best. Victor has kept this up so far, doing very well at Hogwarts.
Personality: Extremely competitive. He always wants to be the best at everything even if it’s not something that’s ordinarily a competition. He always goes for the best grades and tries to earn tons of house points.
Likes: Winning, Quidditch, winning at Quidditch

Academic Outlook: In order to be the best, he works hard in school and at Quidditch practice.
