Background: Everyone in the Faust family has attended Durmstang since it has opened. Dolph Faust (a cousin) has brought back rave reviews of Hogwart's. Their father decided that perhaps his sons should follow and has transfered them to Hogwart's as well, to broaden their horizons. The triplets share the position of seventh son, something that pleases their father to no end. They have always been close and have perfected the 'Which one am I' game. They play it on classmates and teachers alike. They frequently travel together in a pack.
There family is not as afluent as their cousins but they have never known want. This doesn't mean they have had it easy. If they wanted extra privledges they had to earn them, so they are all familiar with the concept of hard work. The Fausts are self appointed guardians of the Black Forest and serve as an ad hoc Auror brigade, something that occasionally puts them at odds with the German Ministry of Magic. As with the majority of the Fausts, the triplets were required to speak multiple languages, in this case English as well as German.
Personality: Johannes Is actually the eldest of the sons. He is very aggressive and competitive with his brother but tends to be the more athletic of the two( just by a touch) Both him and his younger brother Derek were on the Durmstang Quddich team as Beaters. Despiste all that aggression and competitiveness he caught the attention of many of the girls at Durmstrang. His words and actions were clearly passionate and powerful, especially if it was his brothers or quidditch invovled. Johannes tends to be mildly possessive of where his youngest brother goes at times and enjoys making sure that when they head out that both siblings are at his side. He feels that together they make an unbeatable team that people cannot help to marvel at and be drawn to. Despite his love for his brothers he quite often plays a manipulative game with his youngest sibling which involves guilting or conning him into doing his homework so he can selfishly focus his time on physical activities.
All three brothers tend towards physically demonstrative affection, whether it is as much as a bear hug or as little as a pat on the shoulder. They take comfort in close association in these moments. They are all protective of each other and most of their aggression is unleashed when they are forced into a collectively defensive posture. To abuse or misuse one is to draw the wrath of all three. The three purposesly try to dress identical to each other in hopes that others will be able to guess who is who and the reason as to why they picked/guessed as they did (though this rarely happens and telling them that its a random lucky guess doesnt sit well in their books.) The Faust tripplets use this as a form of protection to keep people at a arms length.
Likes: Quidditch, dueling, flying, friends both male and female, swimming, tanning, skiing, each other, themselves,
Dislikes: Overly clingy girls, people that can't tell them apart because people only ever look skin deep these days..., liver and kidneys (curse you english cooks!), racists, pureblood elitists that get on their soap boxes and preach.
Academic Outlook: All three take school seriously but by far Garin is the most intensely focused on his studies. Both Derek and Johannes will on occasion use this to their advantage. It is not uncommon to see the three of them bickering of projects.
Quirks: Derek: Transfigurations all the way. Its a great class. You should see what I do to impress the girls with it.
Johannes: Potions and Herbology are often over looked but its really amazing what you can make and the effects that various potions and plants have. And quiddich I own at that sport I'm much better than either one of my brothers.
Garin:Enchantments and Charms. Nothing better than learning how to come up with an interesting hex/curse or learn how to counter one. Flying is nice from time to time but its so rare that I get to enjoy it alone. My brothers always want to play quiddich...
Counter Quirks: We arent really fans of Arithmancy. Too boring no real point. DADA can be painful considering we come from a family that has us eat sleep and breath it from the time were able to understand it. It probably means we can take the time to nap occasionally in that class...
Derek: HOM is an awfully stuffy class. Gods dont make me take it!
Johannes: Divination. If I want my fortune I'll just eat a fortune cookie and add the words in bed to it thanks Cheesy
Garin: I really REALLY dislike DADA....
Appearance: Sandy Blond hair and Cerulean Blue eyes, the color of a sky on a cloudless day. Skin tone fair but tanned since the boys are active. They stand at a respectable 5feet "9 and have athletic builds. They always wear identical clothing right down to their shoes and socks and this in itself tends to create some confusion at times...
