Background: Grimbold or Grim as he's sometimes called is the second oldest son of the Waelwulf family. He and his family belong to a roving band of Animagnus called Gangr, indeed they even refer to themselves as a pack. The Waelwulf family has strong ties with wolves, all who are a Animagnus in the family transfigure into wolves. Not only that but the family sports a few werewolves who travel with them from time to time. Grimbold and his pack follow the Olde Ways, the old religions of Europe. His birth on the winter solstice marks him as special, and his pack have high expecations for him. None of his other pack mates go to Hogwarts, most are taught by the oldest of the pack. His recent transfer to Hogwarts is hard on him, expecialy since he is so used to moving. Staying in one place for so long may have some affects on his personality and outlook of stationary people.
Personality: Bold and headstrong, he has all of his father's hot headedness and none of his mothers wisdom. He lives by the philosophy "better to die on your feet then to live on your knees". At times though he can show a glimpse of a keen intelect and sometimes a abit of cunning. He is always ready to tell stories he's heard at a brag or thing. In his whole life he's only been to two althings and is particulary keen to tell the sories from them.
Likes: Wrestling, contests, running under the moon, good stories.
Dislikes: Staying in one place, cowards.
Academic Outlook: His best and favorite class by far is transfiguration, and is dying to learn to learn human transfiguration. His least favorite class is arithmancy, just to many damn numbers. He tries hard and when he applies himself he can be a very good student.
Quirks: Great at transfiguration and decent at potions.
Counter Quirks: his arithmancy skills are less than great (far less) and he tends to lose his head quickly.
Appearance: Astoundingly tall at 6'5. He is very active and his body shows that, he sports muscles that seem to crafted from iron. His dark brown hair is shaulder length and is either in a plait or spiked back in celtic war fashion. His dark brown eyes seem particulary bright, expecialy at night. He has typical strong Nordic facial features but sports particularly lupine ears. His animagnus form is that of a large brown haired wolf. He is easily identified by the way his fur stands back much like the way he spikes it back. Another way to indentify him from an actoul wolf is his dark brown eyes and because he is much bigger than oher wolves.
