Background: her mother is a healer at St. Mungo's Hospital, and her father is in charge of the Werewolf Capture Unit. When Felcity was five, her parents knew she would be a great witch, for she had levitated the entire living room after an arguement with one of her friends. of course, as she progressed through her life, she found ways to calm herself, and her magic, down. By the time she was 10, she had no other magical endeavors. However, the day before her eleventh birthday, she got very upset that her father had almost forgotten her birthday in the middle of a big case, that she imploded all the glass items in the room. After that, she swore only to use magic to help others.
Personality: Very hard to read; she keeps most of her feelings locked away. However, she normally quite courteous and nice. Even though her feelings are locked up, she doesn't take criticism well. She is very reserved, but not haughty.
Likes: Animals, Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans
Dislikes: chocolate frogs for their hopping and life-likeness
Academic Outlook: A very excellent student, she is extremely intelligent and works exceedingly hard. She loves Charms, but loathes Transfigurations.
Quirks: Amazing student, destined to become a valedictorian; extremely goods with Charms.
Counter Quirks: Can't seem to master Transfigurations, even if she does know all about it.
Appearance: She has straight blonde hair, held back by a headband sporting her house colors. She has bright blue eyes. Her teeth are almost perfect, but she has a bit of an overbite. She is tall, but attractively fleshed out for someone of her age. Still not developed fully, however. She wears her favorite colors (blue and green) most often, but has been seen in less dreary colors.
